Romab (“Romab,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information Romab collects, how it is used and protected, and the choices available to users of the Romab mobile application and related services.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Romab, we may collect account identifiers, vendor business information, deal-alert preferences, saved deals, approximate or precise location when permission is granted, uploaded offer images, offer details, device information, authentication information, and notification tokens.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide nearby-deal discovery, publish and manage vendor offers, save user preferences, create and manage deal alerts, deliver relevant notifications, provide navigation features, secure accounts, prevent misuse, maintain the service, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Location Information

Romab may request access to your device location to identify nearby deals, apply search-radius filters, display relevant map results, and establish the search center for deal alerts. Location access is optional, and you may disable it through your device settings. Some location-based features may then be unavailable.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that support authentication, database hosting, storage, mapping, notifications, security, and application operation. Published vendor offers and their associated business information may be visible to Romab users. We do not sell users’ personal information.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent collected for Romab authentication will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Romab, provide requested features, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Vendor posts may be removed according to Romab’s retention rules. Users may remove saved deals and deal alerts through the application.

7. Data Security

Romab uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may manage location and notification permissions through your device settings. You may also manage saved deals and deal alerts within Romab. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you by contacting Romab.

9. Children’s Privacy

Romab is not directed to children under 13, and users under 13 are not permitted to use the service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

10. Third-Party Services

Romab may use third-party services for authentication, database hosting, file storage, maps, navigation, analytics, and notifications. These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies. Romab may also open external mapping applications when a user requests navigation.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will revise the effective date and make the updated policy available through Romab or the Romab website.
